OMA has a discounted group rate of $326 per night inclusive of taxes and fees. The group rate is available until August 27th or until the group block is full, whichever comes first. After the block is full or the rate is no longer available, rooms may still be available but at the hotel’s prevailing rate. The group rate does not apply to upgraded rooms or if you plan to have triple or quadruple occupancy in the guestroom. The discounted group rate reservation link will be provided in your registration confirmation email. PLEASE NOTE: The online rates already factor in the resort fee when you search for availability.
You must be registered for the OMA Summit™ prior to reserving your hotel room. Direct booking link will be included in your conference registration confirmation email.
If you need special accommodations that are not available within the online booking tool, please call the reservations desk at 410-901-1234.
The group rate will be available 3 days prior and after the event dates, based on availability.

Resort Tips
- A credit card is required at time of booking.
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be forfeiting a 1-night deposit to the card on file with the reservation.
- Upon arrival, you will receive a resort map and additional details about the resort.
- There are multiple outdoor areas with seating and options to have relaxing conversations.
- Take some time to explore and orient yourself to your surroundings when you arrive.

Resort FeeThere is a discounted resort fee of $25/night added to each accommodation rate and includes the following amenities during your stay:

Ground TransportationAnticipate a 90-minute commute between Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay and the Baltimore, MD Airport.
- For attendees flying into Baltimore (BWI), OMA will coordinate your ground transportation. Once you have registered and provided your travel detail, we will send follow up communications to collect your itinerary. Final shuttle details and instructions will be sent approximately 1 week prior to your travel date.
- Taxis and ride sharing services such as Uber and Lyft are available. Using these services would be at the attendee's expense.
- We recommend scheduling your return trip to the airport in advance.
If you are flying into any of the other airports in the area, we recommend a rental car unless you find a good rate with Uber. This would be at your own expense.

- OMA follows the health and safety guidelines advised by local officials during this conference.
- Should you find yourself not feeling well, please stay home, get tested or quarantine accordingly.
